What is the SHE Women’s Triathlon Series?
The SHE Women’s Triathlon Series is designed for women just like you—whether you’re starting from scratch or simply looking for a new challenge. It’s more than just a swim, bike, and run; it’s a supportive community built to help women prioritise their health, wellbeing, and confidence.
At its heart, SHE is about creating a movement—a shift in culture where women feel empowered to put themselves first and know that they can achieve something new. You don’t have to be super fit or experienced to take part. The event is intentionally achievable, with distances of a 300m swim, 10km bike, and 5km run or walk. It’s designed so that anyone willing to give it a go can cross that finish line.
What makes SHE truly special is the community. You’ll be surrounded by everyday Kiwi women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels, all showing up for themselves and cheering each other on. It’s not about competition—it’s about encouragement, connection, and celebrating every step of the journey. Many women train with friends, join as a team, or choose the non-swim option, making it accessible in a way that works for you.
We know life is busy, and putting yourself first can feel hard. But this is your chance to hit pause, focus on you, and be supported every step of the way. You’re not doing this alone—you’re part of something bigger.
